Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani Marley has been an extremely popular Reggae Singer for many years. Born in Falmouth Jamaica, he was one of the most wealthy and most popular. He starred in the cult classic film Shottas with another famous singer Wyclef Jean. Ky-Mani joined Shang Records and recorded his debut album in 1996, Like Father Like Son. This was followed by numerous singles including Dear Dad, which topped British Reggae Charts. Who The Cap fit (remix), and Sensimelia. All of these have contributed to the growing reputation of Ky-Mani as a rising reggae artist. Ky-Mani teamed up with Praswell from Fugees to perform Electric Avenue from Eddy Grant. The song has been a big hit since 1997. Marley performed at the Midem show (an international showcase of music) and was first held in Miami. At Midem's Cameo Theatre Marley performed a performance that was broadcast live on the Caribbean News Agency to 36 countries. Marley was at the center of auction warfare. In 1997, Marley signed to Gee Street/V2 Records, where he collaborated with his labelmate P.M. Dawn was the singer of Gotta To Movin on up. Bob Marley's spouse Anita Belnavis, a table tennis player herself is his sole parent. Ky-Mani, a Jamaican Reggae Singer is among the most successful Reggae singers.
